Terms of Sale
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. All payments must be made in British Pounds Sterling. Prices do not include any applicable taxes, duties, or postage and packing charges. For modules to be built to order, a deposit of 50% of the total cost (less postage and packing charges) must be paid up-front within 30 days of receipt of formal invoice for deposit amount. All orders are non-cancellable and deposits are non-refundable. A second invoice will be issued when your order is ready to ship including postage/packing charges, which must be paid in full prior to shipment. Failure to pay the balance due within 30 days of receipt of second invoice may result in forfeiture of deposit and goods at the sole discretion of Wessex Analogue. All fees for electronic payments or foreign currency transfers/conversions, and import duties/taxes, must be paid in full by the customer. Please email for more detailed ordering information.
All orders ship from the UK.
Delivery times are based on work load and are a "best guess". Given the limited availability, nature, and complexity of these instruments, delivery times may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed if your delivery date seems likely to change significantly as soon as we become aware of a problem, and will always do our best to get your order finished as quickly as possible and maintain good communication.
All standard items are covered by a two year limited warranty, beginning from date of shipment. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective items, but EXCLUDES any obsolete parts (repairs involving obsolete parts will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis). ANY third-party-modification of any kind, or opening of the module enclosure, renders the warranty null and void. Warranties are NON-TRANSFERRABLE, and will be honoured for the original purchaser only.
Wessex Analogue and/or its owners, contractors, and employees can not be held liable for any consequential damages including those resulting from lack of access to instrument. No warranty is given for fitness of purpose. Specifications and designs are subject to change without notice. Module faceplates subject to slight cosmetic differences due to process variation. We reserve the right to issue quotations and accept orders at our sole discretion.
